Whitehouse Interiors is a family-owned interior design business with more than 40 years of history in Hawke’s Bay. Founded by Davina Shrimpton in the 1980s and now led by her daughter, Vanessa Terry, the business brings together two generations of design knowledge and a personal, considered approach to interiors.

A graduate of Wellington Polytechnic’s School of Design, Davina brought her background in art, fashion illustration to the world of interiors and quickly became one of the most respected designers in the region. Today, while semi-retired, she still contributes her unmatched expertise to selected projects. Her commitment to quality and personal service established the foundations of Whitehouse Interiors and continues to shape the business today.

Vanessa holds a diploma in interior design and has more than 15 years of design experience. Having worked alongside Davina, she draws on the knowledge and expertise passed from one generation to the next, at the same time bringing her own creative vision and eye for detail to each project.

Based in Central Hawke’s Bay, we provide residential and commercial interior design throughout the region, including Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. we specialise in creating timeless, personalised interiors for both residential and commercial clients.
